“As of Friday, June 8, I have submitted the required documentation and have officially filed my candidacy for the Republican nomination for U.S. Congress against Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in CD-23. I want to thank each and every one of you for your help and support the last few months. The outpouring of support that I have received from people in the district is a testament to the viability of the solutions I propose to reduce unemployment, cut the deficit and create economic growth right here in south Florida.
