Gineen Bresso Memorial Day Message

Tuesday, May 29th, 2012

Dear Friend,

Over the weekend, our nation commemorated Memorial Day to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives fighting for this great nation. On this humble occasion, we give thanks for their ultimate sacrifice and pray for their families and loved ones.

Gineen Bresso thanks Veterans in Davie

Joining Floridian’s in Davie and Boca Raton, I paused to reflect and remember those before us who gave their lives in the name and honor of the United States of America, and to protect our liberties. I also prayed for the safe return of those that serve and protect us today. It is because of their sacrifice that we live in a free society. Answering the call to duty, bravely and selflessly, to protect America and our allies, the men and women of our Armed Forces stand up to tyranny and oppression wherever it may be, and for that we are forever grateful.

We must always remember the cost of freedom and honor our veterans and their families, on Memorial Day and everyday. My family and I thank our servicemen and women for keeping us safe, for protecting our values and way of life, and for making the world a better place.

Warm regards,

Gineen Bresso

Trap Shooting for Charity

Wednesday, February 29th, 2012

To raise funds for disadvantaged youths in South Florida, Congressional Candidate Gineen Bresso joined local celebrities, athletes, and law enforcement officials to participate in a trap shooting tournament. The event raised money for the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches—a local program designed to “prevent delinquency and develop strong, lawful, resilient, and productive citizens.”[1] Bresso joined Jen Klaassens, Maurice Dubuc, David Hoskinson, and Barrie Peterson to earn third place in the charitable contest.
